HelloSolo invoicing connects directly to your time tracking and projects.
From tracked time
- 1Go to Dashboard > Invoices > New Invoice
- 2Select the client and project
- 3Click Import Time Entries to pull in tracked hours
- 4Review line items and adjust as needed
- 5Send to your client
Manual invoice
- 1Go to Dashboard > Invoices > New Invoice
- 2Select the client
- 3Add line items manually
- 4Set the due date
- 5Send
Payment options
- Clients pay directly through Stripe via your portal
- Supports credit cards and bank transfers
- Automatic payment receipts
Automatic reminders
HelloSolo sends automatic payment reminders:
- 3 days before the due date
- On the due date
- 7 days after the due date (if still unpaid)
You can customize or disable reminders in Settings.
